The Learning and Development Specialist role is an individual contributor who will design, conduct and organize training programs to improve employee performance and ensure organizational productivity. The role will help develop and implement new training materials such as manuals, training videos, and presentations. Conducting surveys with focus groups, Instructors, Managers and Experts is also part of the responsibilities. Day-to-day work involves frequent contact with people most especially with the Contact Centre Group.
This role is for night shift and will report directly to Learning and Development Manager.
Minimum Qualifications
- Background in BPO as Soft Skills Trainer.
- Vendor Management experience is required.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
