Job Description
- Clean, sanitise, and maintain the order and cleanliness of the kitchen area
- Washing, storing and organising all dishes, cooking utensils, and instruments
- Assisting the cook/ baker with the preparation of the food
- Assisting with the unloading of deliveries
- Correctly storing and organising food supplies according to the health and safety standards
- Attend and participate in meetings and all training activities
Minimum Qualifications
- Completed at least a vocational course
- With work experience (6 months minimum)
- Prompt and has the ability to work in a fast- paced environment
- Honest and a team player
- Knowledge of the food health and safety standards
- Has the ability to stand for extended periods of time
- Excellent communication skills
- Excellent problem-solving skills
