Job Description
- Assist customers in locating their choice of products
- Provide insight into product features through demonstration
- Respond to customers’ questions regarding product features, models and limitations
- Provide customers with information on product price and any associated discounts or value earnings
- Assist customers in choosing products by providing truthful feedback
- Escort customers to cash registers and run them through the payment procedure
- Wrap or pack purchased product and arrange for deliveries to be made Provide
- Information regarding return and exchange policies
- Ensure that shelves were appropriately stocked
- Clean shelves and individual items
- Maintain, manage, and organize merchandise on the shelves and racks in the store
Minimum Qualifications
- Strong analytical and planning skills;
- Good communication and presentation skills;
- Excellent problem-solving skills;
- Must have pleasing personality
- Must be willing to assigned in any of the following areas:
- SM Megamall
- SM Aura Premier
- SM Mall of Asia
- SM Makati
- Rockwell
- Willing to work during Saturdays, Sundays and Holidays and be in shifting schedule (Mall Hours)
- Experience in Malls/Boutiques is an advantage
