Job Description
Job Summary:
- To build On/Off Premise accounts through implementation of business plans and programs in the assigned territory within the approved business strategies and guidelines;
- Achieves sales volume, distribution, merchandising, revenue, and profitability sales;
Principal Accountabilities:
- Acts as the professional representative of the organization and main point of contract to the account
- Conducts regular customer calls based on the coverage plan
- Conducts regular business reviews with the individual accounts and identify opportunities to build business
- Develops area through new placement and business development in the account
- Responsibility will also include developmental plans, recommendations, & execution of such
- Penetration and conversion programs
- ensures placement of company’s product in area / account defined
- Ensures placement of Point of Purchase / Point of Sales materials in area/ account defined which also includes planning, recommending, and forecasting materials
- Collects from customers’ necessary payments for both cash and credit transactions by diligentlY following the trade credit policy
- Attends to customers’ needs and complaints politely and courteously
- Remits to the Cashier all collections (cash and credit) on the next reporting day.

- Category data analysis and insight generation
- Conducts regular reviews on competition, competitive programs, pricing
- Conducts gap analysis on competitive products and recommends program/s to counter and address them
- Conducts accurate forecasting of sales volume, and develops activity strategy of the brands in the area / account defined
- Completes verification of turnover accounts within the prescribed period (30 days) and maximizes collection,if applicable
- Submits report with supporting documents to Accounts Receivable Analyst for settlement of transactions
- Provides program result assessments of strategies and programs as well as the monitoring of trade marketing activities in the area / account defined.
- Prepares and ensures accuracy of required documents and reports that are crucial in the business development of the brands in the area / account defined
- Complies with the company rules & regulations
- Performs other related duties that may be assigned from time to time
Minimum Qualifications
- A degree in Business Management, or any other similar discipline;
- At least 1 year extensive experience on any fast-moving consumer goods company preferably in the field returnable glass business. Also open for Fresh Graduates;
- Experienced in customer service system, sales distribution and sales management.
