Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Lead the department, bus drivers, and ancillary personnel on all necessary training and information
- Will be the focal person for information and implementation campaign of both the company and different government agencies/unit
- In-charge on planning, developing, execution and implementation of training needed for the bus driver/ancillary personnel
- Perform field training or be stationed in different areas in Manila going to North as directed and approved by the management
Minimum Qualifications
- Must have at least/experienced in training/handling drivers of huge vehicle 4, 6 to 10 wheeler vehicle;
- Experience in transport industry, especially in public/private transport/bus companies is highly encouraged;
- Knowledgeable on different regulations, traffic rules and enforcement, including licensing, compliance and standards on transport business and management are preferred;
- Expertise in road and driving safety is an advantage;
- Willing to travel/to be assigned to provincial areas;
- Must have a valid license to drive such vehicle and should have other permits or certification to do and qualify as a trainer (might be a certification from MMDA, LTFRB, LTO or other government enforcement unit concerned related to the transport industry);
- Strong analytical and planning skills;
- Good communication and presentation skills;
- Excellent problem-solving skills;
