- Assures quality, consistency of products through stages of production
- Check the proper dimensions of the product and the temperature of the production room
- Ensures orderliness and cleanliness of production area, as well as staff hygiene
- May monitor certain raw material and flavoring consistency and expiry
- May perform laboratory work, other testing, and issue certificates of analysis
- Knowledge in food safety, halal, ISO or FDA regulation is an advantage
- Report preparation and data collection where necessary
- Others duties may be assigned from time to time
Minimum Qualifications
- At least College Degree in Biology/ Chemistry/ Engineering (Chemical, Industrial, Manufacturing, Others) / Food Technolosy/ HRM or equivalent.
- At least 2 years working experience in related field, preferably in Manufacturing/ Production industry with food processing & food packaging exposure is an advantage
- Knowledgeability in: GMP, 5S & HACCP
- Willing to work on shift duty (day shift/night shift)
- Willing to work or relocate in Navotas, CAMANAVA area
