Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Social Media Coordinator to join the team. Someone who is creative and thinks outside of the box. You will be joining our marketing and senior accounts team to help develop effective social media content and strategies for our clients.
You will be responsible for developing our client’s social media strategies and implementation. You will also work closely with our partner agency, VUE Studio on content creation.
Responsibilities
- Develop, implement and manage a social media strategy
- Define and implement social media KPIs
- Develop copy and work with our creative agency to ensure content is informative and engaging
- Manage and oversee social media content development
- Measure the success of every social media campaign
- Stay up to date with the latest social media best practices and technologies
- Use social media marketing tools such as Iconosquare
- Monitor user engagement and suggest content optimisation
- Communicate with industry professionals and influencers via social media to create a strong network
- Provide constructive feedback
Minimum Qualifications
Qualifications
- 1-2 years of experience as a Social Media Coordinator or similar role
- Experience in planning and implementing a successful social media strategy
- Excellent knowledge of Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Instagram, Google+ and other social media best practices
- Understanding of web analytics and marketing
- Expertise in A/B and other testing methods
- Good understanding of social media KPIs
- In-depth knowledge of research principles and methods and experience in analysing data
- Sense of ownership and pride in your performance and its impact on the agency’s success
- Critical thinker and problem-solving skills
- Team player
- Good time-management skills
