Job Description
Purpose
As a Call Support Consultant, you will:
- Manage virtual reception for our client, handling outbound and inbound calls, and emails
- Help our client drive their business forward by enabling them to focus on the important items
As a Call Support Consultant, your daily tasks may include:
- Handle all phone calls effectively with politeness and in a professional manner
- Handle outbound calls such as UTA/FTA reactivation and lead activation.
- Follow the proper procedure when requested to divert a call.
- Update the client’s system for every call made and received.
- Triage new patient referrals and schedule appointments for them.
- Manage incoming (virtual) faxes from the clinic’s inbox, then import them into the relevant patient’s file, and forward them to the relevant doctor.
- Handle social media and website inquiries.
- Contribute to the team’s effort and perform other duties as requested by the client or assigned by the management.

Role and Opportunity
Your new role is to provide reception support to the onshore team. You will be primarily in charge of implementing an effective phone call system, such as taking phone calls from existing patients to make or change a booking, diverting calls, etc.
The Call Support Consultant will provide our clients with reception support and appointment tasks. Our clients rely on this support to streamline their operations and enhance their focus on business growth, relieving them of mundane tasks that detract from their core objectives.
This role suits individuals who can seamlessly transition between various tasks and adapt to the changing demands of each day, especially when it comes to driving potential sales for the client’s business and fostering client engagement.

Minimum Qualifications
Required Attributes
- Must be open to working on rotating shifts (early day shift up to mid shift), holidays, and weekends.
- Excellent call-handling skills with the ability to deliver a high-quality, professional service.
- Technologically adept and highly trainable in new skills and software.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Outstanding attention to detail with respect for confidentiality and sensitivity of the information.
- Ability to multitask, manage competing deadlines and work with minimum supervision.
- Flexibility to perform other relevant tasks as required by the client.
Essential Experience
- Minimum of 2 years of call handling experience in a BPO set-up, preferably in a Sales Account
- Experience in handling AU / UK / NZ accounts
- Proficient in using MS Office 365 (Outlook and Teams)
- Experience in using CRM tools
- Experience in dealing with outbound calls and inbound emails
- Proficiency in effectively communicating in the English language
