Job Description
- Devise business to consumer integrated rewards campaigns with the aim of acquiring and retaining customers;
- Manage the implementation, tracking, and measurement of rewards campaigns;
- Deliver regular reports of rewards campaign results, including analysis and evaluation of key performance indicators;
- Provide rewards campaign support to the branches.
Minimum Qualifications
- Graduate of a 4-year course;
- With at least 2 years experience in customer service;
- Has background in basic data analysis;
- Adept in MS Office applications, especially Excel;
- Good communication and presentation skills.
