Job Description
- Responsible in assisting the HRQ Team in the overall effective delivery of all HR services.
- Accountable and responsible for Company Initiated Benefits.
- Responsible for the effective Documentations and Reportorial Systems for his area and overall support to other HR Operation Areas such as Statutory Benefits administration, Timekeeping and Payroll, & HR Administration.
Minimum Qualifications
- Psychology or any behavioral course.
- Accountable for company initiated benefits, government related
- Effective documentation & reportorial systems for her area.
- Overall support to other HR operation areas such as Statutory & HR Admin.
- If possible can start right away since this post is urgent.
- Strong analytical and planning skills;
- Good communication and presentation skills;
- Excellent problem-solving skills;
