Job Description
Head of Operations – E-Commerce
- Oversee day-to-day operations of the After-sales team
- Data Collection
- Data Uploading
- Quality Control
- Lead Generation Coordination
- Lead Distribution
- Lead Processing
- Telesales
- Customer Service
- Data Analysis
- Contribute towards the achievement of company’s strategic and operational objectives ensuring that the whole team’s KPIs are met.
- Chalk out or improve after-sales operational systems, processes and best practices that guarantee organizational well-being.
- Present figures in a way that is easily digestible by the end-user
- Develop the data collection team to an evolved Relationship Associate function
- Analyze, extract, and prepare reports that are useful to internal team, management, and clients.
- The Candidate is also responsible for the creation, implementation, and scheduling of collector route plans for Metro Manila.
- Perform task as deemed necessary by immediate supervisor to the overall development of the company and/or his role.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management of it’s equivalent
- At Least 5 years of Senior Management experience
- Must have strong Leadership & People Management experience
- Must have Operations Management experience
- Must have Strong Analytical and Reporting Skills
- Must be willing to work in BGC Taguig City
