The Executive Assistant's (EA) main job purpose is to provide support to the President/Executive in day-to-day operations of the office such as organizing and maintaining files and records, planning, scheduling of appointments/meetings, and other related administrative works in the effectiveness of the office’s flow.
The EA is also responsible for managing client relationships with corporate accounts on concerns about their sales orders. Facilitating the resolution of their issues and concerns about the company’s product and services.
Minimum Qualifications
- Knows how to construct letters.
- Handles Corporate accounts/ sales
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Strong analytical and planning skills.
- Good communication and presentation skills.
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
- Fast typing skills.
