As a Business Development Specialist at Buskowitz, you go above and beyond a typical sales role.
We create value to our customers through creative, smart and efficient project structuring. This role requires strong organisational, analytical and impeccable communication skills that help you connect with all stakeholders including customers and fellow Buskowitz colleagues. Furthermore, you will be exposed to a range of customers including executives, senior managers, engineers, board of directors, business owners and more. We expect this position to eventually transition to the business development manager role, where you will be exposed to larger key accounts and a much greater area of responsibility. This position requires a driven, extroverted, patient and friendly personality, that enjoys meeting new people, build new professional relationships and endeavours to create solutions.
Ensure that the goals and tasks given to her are achieved, especially the annual sales quota and business plan, as contribution to the organization’s overall goals.
SALES
Should be able to accomplish the whole sales cycle

- Develop new business opportunity to meet trends
- Facilitate client requirement meetings – both in person and/or remotely using current online presentation application
- Help identify customer needs, price schedules, and discount rates
- Stay current with the client needs, competition, and industry trends
- Create and deliver sales presentations/proposals to prospective clients with a successful closing rate
- Develop & manage client relationship
- Manage existing clients, keeping good relationships to create more opportunities Evaluate accounts
- Maintain active participation and membership in networking organizations Should be able to hit given quotas
- Weekly, Monthly, Quarterly and Annual sales report and/or as needed
- Should be able to use and update CRM and/or all reporting templates with complete accuracy at all times Business Plan
- Manage the sales administration function, pipeline reporting, streamlining processes and system wherever possible, and advising senior management on maximizing business relationships and creating an environment where customer services can flourish
- Monthly, quarterly and annual market update report on new services of competitors, business opportunities, strategies and plans, etc.
- Identify trendsetter ideas by researching industry and related events, publications, and announcements Sales Channel Coordinator
- Manage the different sales channels by acting as coordinator between channels and the Company
- Increase profitable results through the sales team by developing the team through motivation, counseling, skills development and product knowledge development
- Work requires willingess to travel and to have a flexible schedule

Minimum Qualifications
- Candidates must possess at least Bachelor's/college Degree in Business/Administration/Management, Marketing, Mass Communications or equivalent
- At least 2 years experience in sales or related profession, with proven success in a similar role and environment
- Ability to develop and deliver presentations;
- High profienciency in the English language;
- Professional written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills;
- Can work independently;
- Strong analytical and planning skills;
- Good communication and presentation skills;
- Ability to communicate and interact with C-level personnel; and
- Excellent problem-solving skills;
