Job Description
- Supervises Provincial Inventory Analyst;
- Responsible for the following:
- Scheduling Provincial Inventory Analyst Store Audit;
- Ensuring the correctness of store audit reports;
- Orderliness, cleanliness, and safety in the work area.
- Recommend strategies to Sales Head in able to support province to reach their target through reviewing and analyzing provincial sales and inventory;
- Analyze and review stock requisition requests and provincial pull-outs;
- Verify provincial transportation expenses;
- Process barcode requests;
- Consolidate provincial monthly sales and inventory reports;
- Analyze and recommend necessary action for provincial unsold items;
- Process petty cash when necessary;
- Coordinate with the following:
- Accredited cargo i a discrepancy arises from delivery of boxes;
- Marketing Department for marketing collaterals request;
- Sales Department and Human Resources Management Department if discrepancy arises;
- Comply with the company policies, rules and regulations and standard procedure established; and
- Perform other work related task that may be assigned from time to time.
Minimum Qualifications
- Strong analytical and planning skills;
- Good communication and presentation skills;
- Excellent problem-solving skills;
- Will be assigned in Makati Area
- Preferably with experience in Audit and Inventory Management
