The position is responsible for the overall management of his/her assigned brand/store to achieve targets and sales plan. He/ She shall also be responsible in reaching departmental objectives as well as target through overseeing overall related activities such as merchandising, marketing, production and distribution.

- Assume responsibility to entire Sales Team which belongs to his/her assigned brand.

- Coordinate with Accounting Department, matters regarding adjustments/corrections/modifications of Delivery Receipts, Sales Reports, and other related matters of concern
- Conduct necessary store visit using the Store Visit Checklist
- Confirms/Verify accuracy of Sales Plan provided by Inventory Analyst
- Closely monitors level of inventory within the established range (quantity and/ or number of items)
- Communicates to Sales Team the Sales Targets
- Closely monitors and analyses Sales Performance of his/her assigned Brand/ Store and makes the necessary recommendations
- Recommends other marketing plans and strategies in coordination with the Sales Coordinator, Senior Promo and Marketing Department
- Conducts Sales meeting to discuss Sales, Inventory, Manpower, Marketing Activities, Competitive Updates and resolves problems and other concerns of the stores and other relevant matters
- Communicates to Sales & Marketing Head other sales opportunities such as additional space allocation for selling and stockroom and promotional activities of competitors.
- Communicates to Stores Head Office regarding store allocations, SKU, extra area, and promotions.
- Comply with the company policies, rules and regulations and standard procedure established.
- Responsible for the orderliness, cleanliness and safety in the work area. and
- Perform other work related task that may be assigned from time to time.
- Graduate of Bachelor’s/College Degree in:
- Business Administration
- Any related course
- With at least 2 to 5 years experience in retail sales
- Computer lieterate.
- Knowledgeable of sales techniques and tools.
- Highly organized, systematic, competitive and team-centered
- Able to build strategic client relationship.
- Good decision-making skills and presentation skills.
- With strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Can work independently under pressure.
- Knowledgeable in planning and scheduling.
- Can adapt to all levels of the organization.
