Job Description
- Commands responsibility to entire sales team which belongs to his/her area
- Responsible in implementing strategies to hit the regional target given
- Responsible in evaluating performances of handled Brand Developement Officer
- Conducts Sales meeting to discuss Sales, Inventory, Manpower, Marketing Activities, Competitive Updates, Orient promo and resolves problems and other concerns of the stores and other relevant matters
- Enhance Public Relations through frequent communication and coordination with Store Supervisors
- Communicates to Sales & Marketing Head other sales opportunities such as additional space allocation for selling and stockroom and promotional activities of competitors
- Coordinates with Accounting Department, matters regarding sales reports, DR concerns, Monthly Changes Report (MCR), Barcode Requests (BR) and Pullouts (PU) and other related matters of concern
Minimum Qualifications
- Graduate of Bachelor’s/College Degree in Marketing, Business Administration or any related course
- At least 5 years related work experience in management or sales operations
- Must be computer literate
- Full knowledge and understanding of sales techniques and tools and how to apply
- Knowledgeable in planning and scheduling
