Social Media Executive | Senior Social Media Executive | Social Media Analyst  

THE ROLE

We are looking for a strategic and creative Social Media Executive to join our social media team.

You’ll get to work with an award-winning creative team who brings the larger than life storytelling to the small screens. Not only will you have two eyes for details, but you’ll also develop a deep appreciation for the role of social media in brand building. You're also someone who is quick to experiment, pilot new tools, platforms and emerging content format. The ability to execute flawlessly is the secret ingredient to success in this role.

In this role, you will be required to demonstrate thorough knowledge, passion, commitment, and expertise on the following. This is not the exhaustive list of your responsibilities but the most important ones include:

• Conscientious management of a portfolio of regional and local social media pages such as Facebook, Instagram, Youtube, Twitter, Giphy, Line, etc.
• Day-to-day social media management inclusive of creating and publishing content on clients’ social media channels, monitoring and responding to comments and messages, and monthly reporting of all social media activities.
• Create accurate and valuable brand-based Social Media and/or Social Listening Reports to be shared with both the client and the company.
• Create competitor analysis reports to add value to client and industry reports.
• Be a brand champion for clients by helping to define their brand voice and imagery to drive brand consistency with every piece of content.
• Brainstorm ideas and concepts for the visuals and copies of monthly content calendar with a multidisciplinary team.
• Champion and integrate the use of social measurements and social analytics in day-to-day social media management and brand strategy development.
• Attend internal and external meetings to ensure that briefs are aligned and communicated with all stakeholders.
• Help the team to develop workflows, reporting templates and insights for monthly reviewing of campaign reports to gauge the effectiveness of the content and/or campaign ran for the clients.
• Be a role model representative of the agency’s value and processes and display proactive responsiveness in all internal activities and communications, including but not limited to, emails, Slack group chats, training workshops, work reviews and Work-in-Progress meetings.

REQUIREMENTS

In order to excel in this role you will need to possess a diverse set of skills and qualities, which include:

• At least 1-3 years on the job experience in managing social media accounts
• Ability to understand and make sense of different kinds of social media reports
• High emotional quotient and strong work ethic.
• Proven record of diligence and meticulous attention to details
• Proven record of growing audiences across different social platforms
• Agile collaborator with a positive attitude and a team player
• Expert on running and managing large scale social media campaigns.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. Other regional languages will be a plus!
• Hands-on experience with social measurement and social analytics tools

In addition to the above, you’ll need to be flexible with your schedule – as your working hours will be based on business needs.
