Job Description
-
To lead the Customer Service and Inventory Management unit across the specified site assignment.

To assist the Warehouse Manager on handling all customer inquiries, concerns and inventory related matters from the operations inclusive of the timely and efficient KPI deliverables.

In charge of handling all client request, concerns, complaints (if any) and to come up with efficient and timely resolutions towards all issues raised.

To lead his/her unit, on inventory stock take and reconciliation for Taguig and FSL sites.

To collaborate and work efficiently with internal stakeholders and/or client/customers.
Minimum Qualifications

Minimum 10 years experience from 3PL/LSP, supply chain, logistics industries, FMCG and or Retail Consumers

Engineering graduate, preferably Industrial and/or Commerce, Business Management with Logistics, Supply Chain, Inventory and Customer Service orientation/background.

Warehouse Management, Transportation Management, Inventory Management, Business Development, Process CI Influence, Auditing and Process Orientation. Proven Leadership and Customer facing/oriented know how.
