What Your Role Is
You are responsible for executing processes as defined by the client and/or management. At the same time, you provide support to your peers on general account needs, queries. Usually, senior specialists gather their information and interact with clients via email/chat messages. The role will require keen attention to detail while maintaining productivity at defined proficiency levels. You will be working with different tools and databases to gather and store data. This requires an aptitude to learn new processes.
What You'll Do
- Answer client queries with enthusiasm, courtesy, and an open mind
- Execute processes assigned by the client and/or management
- Ensure defined productivity and quality targets are met
- Ensure projects are being completed within the set deadline
- Identify process improvement opportunities as they arise
- Reports process deficiencies to ensure accurate execution of tasks
- Facilitate Product Training to new hires and conduct Refresher Training whenever necessary
Minimum Qualifications
You Have…
- Bachelor's / College Degree in any field you’re passionate about!
- Previous experience in a related field is a plus
- Experience in using CRM and other similar applications or tools
- Above average to expert knowledge of cloud-based applications such as Google Drive, Google Sheets, Google Docs and MS Office applications
