Job Description
We are looking for a driven and hyper organized Administrative Assistant / HR Specialist to work in a fun, innovative, collaborative office in a beautiful recently renovated industrial loft on Pasong Tamo! Join our innovative team of creatives and help us to make an impact, together.
- Used to demanding deadlines and a fast-paced work environment to join our fun, exciting start-up
- Responsible for providing a wide range of support to the company and assisting in daily office needs
- Managing our company’s general administrative activities and perform other duties assigned in the most efficient manner
- Must be amenable to work on a night shift working schedule, 7PM onwards (but negotiable)
Minimum Qualifications
- Strong analytical and planning skills
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Critical thinker and capable of multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to assess the nature and urgency of tasks requested
- Orientated to detail and process
- Preferably with relevant work experience as Admin. Assistant
