Job Description
AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY
- Prepare, ensure, monitor issuance of billing be on time in order to provide reliable collection forecast
- Review and keep contract monitoring in order to ensure the accuracy of billing schedules
- Follow-up clients, coordinate and ensure payments are colelcted on time in order to secure the cmpany sources and funds
FINANCIAL REPORTING
- Record and accomplish reports in order to comply requirements needed by client government and internal users of financial institution
CUSTOMER RELATIONSHIP
- Response to all customer's inquiry in order to reconcile customer invoices and correct discrepancies
Minimum Qualifications
- A graduate of Bachelor's degree of Accountancy or any-4 year accounting related equivalent
- 1 year of Accounting or finance experience focus on account receivables
- Knowledge in AR policies and procedures, revenue recognition principle, taxation and collection strategies
TECHNICAL KNOWLEDGE
- Knowledge and Proficiency on Accounting System (Great Plains), MS Office (Outlook, Word, PPT, Excel etc.)
BEHAVIORAL SKILLS
- Strong Analytical Skills, Detailed Oriented and Effective Communication Skills
