Software Developer  

1. Project Planning and Tracking to ensure items are delivered on-time while balancing
workload on dev-side.
2. Negotiating and Converting customer requirements into technical requirements that
all parties are amenable and maintaining technical feasibility.
3. Implementing customizations required by clients
4. Traffic Monitoring and requesting Backup requests
5. Coordinating with Design team to develop effective Training Manuals that is
appropriate to its audience
6. Gather and evaluate user feedback

1. A graduate of computer science, computer engineering or similar technical field
2. At least 1 complete project in front-end web and mobile (Android & iOS) development
3. Solid understanding of HTML and CSS
4. Proficiency in implementing designs made by designers to actual website components
5. Knowledgeable in component-based development using JavaScript and its frameworks
6. Experience in using development tools like NPM
7. Excellent understanding of cross-browser compatibility issues and ways to work around them
8. Very good understanding of how to design for responsive and mobile applications
9. Highly analytical and has a very strong appetite for solving challenging problems
