Job Description
- Coordinates with different departments for manpower request;
- Receives, reviews, and processes payroll;
- Communicates with the team and partners to discuss reliever and fulltime manpower request;
- Maintains a filing system.
- Performs other duties as required.
Minimum Qualifications
- Strong analytical and planning skills.
- Good communication and presentation skills.
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
- Knowledgeable in end to end recruitment process and Philippine Labor Laws.
- Able to do the following.
- Handle heavy pressure.
- Maintain high levels of motivaiton.
- Willing to work on extended hours when the need arises.
