Job Description
- Develop the ordered item and approve from the buyer
- Should negotiate about the product price with the buyer and confirm the pricing
- Maintain strong relationship with the suppliers
- Assure the products quality by using all possible ways
- A highly analytical approach. Someone who is both organized with a real understanding of the importance in detail and accuracy of information.
- A proven understanding of the cycles in the fashion calendar (retail and wholesale)
- Work within cash flow forecasts and manage all stock levels accordingly
- Experience of planning, fore casting, working to budgets as well as all areas of production supply chain and quality control.
- Overall responsible for all price negotiations and make recommendations for efficiency & maximization of margin
- Must be cost and quality conscious
- Coordinates with sub contractor
- Performs other merchandising functions and activities as needed
Minimum Qualifications
- Advanced Excel skills
- Highly organized– with the ability to multi-task and prioritize.
- Experience of working to critical deadlines.
- Fluent in English (written and spoken)
- With at least 1 year experience
