Job Description
- Maintains executive’s agenda and assist in planning appointments, board meetings, conferences etc.
- Maintains electronic and paper records ensuring information is organized and easily accessible
- Attends meetings and keep minutes
- Receives and screens phone calls and redirecting them when appropriate
- Handles and prioritizes all outgoing or incoming correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages etc.)
- Makes travel arrangements for executives
- Handles confidential documents ensuring they remain secure
- Prepares invoices or financial statements and provides assistance in bookkeeping
- Conducts research and prepares presentations or reports as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications
- At least 1-year experience as Office Admin/HR Staff.
- Good comunication skills(Written& Oral).
- Must be knowledgeable in drafting Memo and different type of letters.
- Strong analytical and planning skills.
- Good communication and presentation skills.
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Outstanding communication and negotiation abilities.
