CAD Technicians | CAD Drafters/Operators  

• Ensures the production of project documents/drawings that are accurate, clear and concise and compliant with best practice and any other standards dictated by the nature of the project.
• Develops and maintains professional relationships with project team members.
• Develops experience and proficiency in Quality Systems Control.
• Performs other duties and responsibilities as required from time to time by line manager or Arcadis.

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture or related degree; or Diploma Graduate in Drafting or any Vocational/Technical course.
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar role as CAD Technician or CAD Drafter or CAD Operator or CAD Designer.
  • Experience in preparation and CAD Drafting in relation to the concept, preliminary and detailed design stages.
  • Advanced or Intermediate AutoCAD user with Basic user skills in MicroStation and Revit (BiM modeling). Skilled user of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • With at least 2 yrs. or above experience as CAD Technician or CAD Designer or CAD Drafter or CAD Operator for Projects involving any of the following Design Works: Building Structural; Bridge; Highway/Road; Drainage; MEP; Civil Works; Architecture.
• Ability to do the following:
• Work as part of a team to produce high-quality deliverables to tight deadlines
• Work in a systematic and methodical manner.
• Recognize technical problems and seek assistance where required.
• Proficiency in Microsoft applications e.g. Excel, Word, and Outlook is required.
• The candidate must be enthusiastic and pro-active.
• Fluency in written and spoken English is essential.
• Good verbal and written English communication skills.
