Talent Sourcer  

**About the Role:**

As a Talent Sourcer or Sourcing Specialist, you will play a vital role in our recruitment efforts. Your primary responsibility will be to identify, engage, and attract top-tier candidates to join our team. You will leverage platforms such as LinkedIn and Indeed to search for talent, headhunt passive candidates, and proactively reach out to potential candidates to generate leads.

**Key Responsibilities:**

• Use advanced search techniques on LinkedIn and Indeed to find potential candidates based on specific criteria and job requirements.
• Conduct in-depth research and analysis to source candidates from different channels, including online databases, professional networks, and industry events.
• Reach out to candidates proactively through personalized messages, emails, and phone calls to establish a connection and create interest in career opportunities with our company.
• Build and maintain a pool of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs, ensuring a continuous flow of talent into the recruitment process.
• Collaborate with hiring managers and recruiters to understand their needs and priorities, providing timely updates and recommendations to optimize the candidate sourcing process.

**Qualifications:**

• At least 2 years of prior experience as a Talent Sourcer, Sourcing Specialist, or similar role, with a proven track record of sourcing and engaging candidates through LinkedIn, Indeed, and other platforms.
• Strong understanding of recruitment methodologies and best practices, with the ability to navigate online databases and sourcing tools effectively.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and engage with candidates at all levels.
• Results-driven mindset with a focus on achieving targets and exceeding expectations in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of the real estate industry is a plus, but not required – we're looking for individuals with a passion for talent acquisition and a desire to make an impact.
