Job Description
- Engineering graduate with specialization in Quality Management
- 5yrs+ related work experience in a manufacturing company
- Work experience in similar business of AllCard is an advantage
- Excellent leadership and management skills
- Knowledge in ISO:9001 2015 – Quality Management Systems
- Knowledge in statistical and business improvement tools and processes
- Analytical and meticulous to details
- Excellent communication skills, records management and reporting skills
- Capable to lead, direct and motivate workforce
- Positive attitude and can work under pressure
Minimum Qualifications
- The primary function is to develop, manage and coordinate the Quality Assurance requirements of AllCard.
- Maintain and continually improve AllCard Quality Management Systems (QMS) and ensure that these are fully compliant on existing AllCard accreditations and certifications, customer requirements, and legislation requirements.
- Effectively lead the Quality Assurance team in ensuring that all products meet the quality standards and customer’s requirements.
- Establish a clearly defined quality assurance policies and procedures for the team to comply and implement.
- Ensure product standard is in compliance with the national and international product standards.
- Develop and continually improve the awareness and skills of all relevant staff as to the company’s requirements on product quality.
- Ensure that equipment, tools, and processes used, storage and distribution of products are subject effective validation and with documentation
- Collaborate with Purchasing and Inventory in qualifying and assessing supplier’s performance.
- Ensure systems are in place and are followed for the reporting and investigation of quality related incidents, defective products or adverse events.
- Ensure Risk Management procedures are in place and risk assessment are performed across all aspects of production activities.
- Analyze product quality and performance and provide high level advice and information to all key internal and external stakeholders in relation to product quality and compliance.
- Provide regular reports to Management identifying deficiencies and opportunity for improvement and make necessary recommendations.
- Lead on a program for auditing internal operations and suppliers of raw materials and services used in production processes.
