Job Description
Analysis and Design
- Analyze the client’s needs before the beginning of the software project.
- Assist in the analysis and design phase of the project
Writing Code
- Responsible for writing the code of the application to be developed.
- Verifies encoding by performing trial runs; modifying code.
Debugging
- Debug and troubleshoot the program.
- Records the results and identify the possible problems in the application.
Maintenance and Application upgrade
- Create new functionality upon the client's’ request.
Programming languages:
- Ruby
- Ruby on rails
- Perl
- Catalyst
- Other programming languages depending on the project
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or other related courses
- At least 1 to 2 years related experience in the same field
- Basic English communication skills
- Must be detail-oriented
- Must be familiar with any programming language
- Must be willing to learn new programming languages
- Must be willing to work in Ayala Avenue, Makati City
