Job Description
The Online Writer is responsible for providing original content – promo campaign executions for movies including social media posts.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Writes and brainstorms original content for Star Cinema socials.
- Produces and post launch online media content (artcards, videos, other executions)
- Brainstorms with the digital team to come up with promotional content and executions for projects.
- Cover all Star Cinema events (press conference, story conference, premiere night, pictorial, on-location shoots, awards night, etc.) interviews artists, or other film staff (writers, cinematography) for online feature content.
- Creates and edits captions, descriptions for videos and photos and other social media posts.
- Researches materials for online distribution.
Minimum Qualifications
- Graduate of Communications Arts, Journalism, Creative Writing, or any other related course.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Social media and tech savvy
- Past experience with media coverages.
- Requires minimum supervision
