Job Description
Responsible for the development and implementation of CRM and Marketing programs for the CRM Loyalty program and support day to day management and operation
Responsibilities:
- Loyalty Marketing and CRM:
- Develop and implement meaningful programs and campaigns that will promote member registration, engagement and loyalty.
- Planning and Execution:
- Support day to day management of marketing plan executions, program tracking. Closely coordinate with different LOB/Business Unit leads.
- Operations:
- Provide support to Head of Rewards in monitoring customer metrics and performance, service management and cross-channel coordination
Minimum Qualifications
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree in Marketing, Communication, Business Administration/ Business Management/ Commerce/ Economics or equivalent.
- With at least 5 years of experience in the field of marketing, CRM or Loyalty. Preferably from Retail, Telco, FMCG or Banking/Payment/E-wallet industries.
- Knowledgeable in different loyalty and rewards programs and systems (Salesforce Marketing Cloud, One Empower, etc)
- Candidate should have strong communication skills and understand how to prioritize projects.
- Candidate must also be a self-starter who has the ability to work well independently and in a team setting
