Support CLRM Managers in:
- Creating email and sms templates via Salesforce
- Conducts A/B test
- Ensures all hyperlinks are working
- Edit images and assets
- Proofread messages and to make it clear and concise
- Operationalize customer journey developed by CLRM Managers.
- One-time release of communications
- Handles all related day to day email/sms executions
- Regularly analyze and report on the email/sms performance to provide recommendations for improvement and testing.
- Graduate of Marketing, Business Management and Communication courses.
- Fresh graduate are welcome to apply.
- Working experience in creating email/sms campaigns
- Good oral and written communication
- Photoshop skills
- Customer centric, high energy, enthusiastic and passionate to serve customers.
- Organized and can manage day to day task execution
