Senior Project Manager  

The Senior Project Manager is responsible for managing projects and business processes under the portfolio of Transformation, Optimization and Delivery group in order to ensure projects are delivered on time, with the right quality, within budget and scope, and to ensure that the business process outcomes are aligned with the company’s overall strategic goals.

Key Responsibilities Include:

Project Management

Manages the Digital Transformation and key strategic enterprise initiatives in order to ensure projects are delivered on time, with quality, and within the budget and scope.

• Oversees project development to ensure the desired result is achieved and resources are used efficiently.
• Develops a Project Plan and defines the project scope and objectives
• Builds relationships and collaborates with internal and external resources in order to ensure all relevant stakeholders are involved and satisfied
• Monitors progress and measures the performance of project using appropriate systems, tools, and techniques
• Manages changes in project scope, schedule, and costs
• Captures and manages risk/issues and resolves/remediates critical items
• Reports to management as needed to aid fast decision-making on items requiring immediate resolution
• Leverages on different project management frameworks such as Waterfall, Agile and Prince2

Manage Business Process

Manages, recommends, and optimizes business processes in order to improve process performance, drive continuous improvement and automation, and ensure business process outcomes are aligned with the company’s overall strategic goals.

• Inculcate process innovation in order to achieve a proactive mindset shift required to help the company embrace new innovation.
• Identify, detect, and create business processes towards accomplishing business goals specific to the organization
• Map out the current state process and design the future state with the goal of improving the end to end process
• Analyze business steps and processes to determine possible improvements or automation
• Execute feedback mechanisms related to performance of business processes
• Collaborate across all departments to leverage and improve the management of business processes
• Manage process from beginning to end, and find ways to inject innovative solutions that will impact results, enhance profitability, and help the organization meet its objectives

• BS/BA Degree, Master's Degree a plus
• Must have 6-10 years of experience in project and program management
• With at least 3-5 years of experience doing process improvement
• PMP, Prince2, or Agile Scrum certification is a plus
• Lean, Six Sigma or Continuous Improvement trainings attended would be an advantage
