Job Description
● Oversee the performance of contractors and ensure facilities are accomplished within
safety protocols.
● Regularly check on facilities and equipment to ensure compliance with codes, rules, and regulations.
● Supervise projects and perform ground maintenance such as creation and managing of contracts.
● Forecast trends, risks, and movement of the industry to plan for future projects and needs.
● Plan and create sustainable projects that will support the organization’s growth.
● Oversee the work of staff, vendors, and contractors.
● Examine projects thoroughly and determine what needs to be repaired or renovated.
● Lead operations and planning by managing the performance of vendors and contractors.
● Maintain a given budget and review financial records to external facilities.
● Organize monthly reviews with vendors and partners to assess the service level standards and look upon further improvements.
● Resolve issues that arise and monitor further complications that may come up.
Minimum Qualifications
● Graduate of Engineering, Facilities Management, or any related field.
● At least 8 years experience of working in facilities management.
● Experience in facilities and vendor management.
● Knowledge in technical engineering operations and facilities management.
● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
● Proven leadership and organizational skills.
