Job Description
About the Role: As a Sales Representative, you will be performing the following tasks on a daily:
- Providing customer service support according to the scope of work and service level requirements.
- Ensuring call quality and quantitative standards are observed in meeting customer care needs and resolving them in a timely fashion.
Minimum Qualifications
About You: The ideal candidate will have the following skills and experience:
- College graduates, undergraduates, SHS, and HS graduates
- At least 1-year sales experience primarily outbound sales (relationship sales, ad sales, digital marketing, online sales, collections, or telemarketing in BPO)
- Amenable to work on a shifting schedule.
- Willing to work in Cubao, Quezon City
