Job Description
Main task, but not limited to:
· Conduct interviews, tests, orientations, trainings and gather requirements for Home-Based Teachers (HBTs)
· Train teachers to be successful in our teaching platform
· Have the new teachers be familiar with the different tools in the teaching platform
· Make sure that all recruitment reports are accurate and sent on time
· Provide support in all kinds of recruitment initiatives and perform tasks assigned by Recruitment Supervisors
· Coordinate and regularly calibrate with different stakeholders regarding recruitment process improvement
Minimum Qualifications
Requirements
· Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management, Behavioral Science, Education, or the equivalent
· At least 2 years work experience related to recruitment or teaching
· Teaching certification (LET, TESOL, TEFL) is an advantage
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills
· Willing to work on shifting schedule
