Responsible for J&amp;T performance and talent development strategy; Together with the OD Manager, develops strategies to improve performance and equip J&amp;T’s talents with the correct skills set needed for the job, and manages programs designed to foster this strategy, such as: training facilitation, developing training courses, activities that promote healthy competition among employees; He/she is also responsible in employee communications and shaping corporate culture.

Duties and Responsibilities :

1. Initiates in facilitating the training needs analyses and able to interpret data to make recommendations on training programs.

2. Prepares materials for training sessions and develops training courses that will be used to develop various talents of J&amp;T Express.

3. Monitor training progress of regional counterparts and intervene as necessary.

4. Coordinate the learning and development plan and activities for our organization:

5. Identify learning and development needs in the Organization through job analysis, annual interview reviews and regular consultation with managers and staff;

6. Collect the learning and development needs from all managers and define precisely the need (initial situation, expected situation and objective to achieve at the end of the training, profiles of the participants, level of priority, etc.) with them and with the head of HR Unit;

7. Define and propose to the Head of HR Unit and the direction an annual learning and development plan for the organization, finding synergies in between departments, prioritizing training needs, assessing and optimizing required budget;

8. Other tasks may be assigned from time to time.

HR Specialist | Talent Development

Job Summary:

The Distribution Center Supervisor is responsible for the management and operations of the warehouse and ensure compliance of sorting and warehouse personnel on the standard procedures upon arrival (unloading), sorting, and departure (loading) of parcels in the trucks including the monitoring of the performance of both regular and agency hired personnel to ensure positive results.

 

Duties &amp; Responsibilities:

<ul>
	<li>Oversees the Distribution Center and Warehouse functions including inventory, physical distribution, sorting, maintenance and record keeping as well as control of stocks at all times.</li>
	<li>Evaluates the system of distribution, inventory management, outsourcing, warehouse management system, and other supply chain integration initiatives.</li>
	<li>Ensures that shipment or delivery delays and claims due to damage or pilferages are coordinated to Fleet Supervisor and DC Manager immediately.</li>
	<li>Plans and leads the sorting and warehouse personnel in systematically executing their specific tasks.</li>
	<li>Maintains teamwork and high productivity among subordinates and administers the implementation of systems, procedures, and rules and regulations of the company.</li>
	<li>Monitor distribution capacity and communicate with key stakeholders to develop plans in case of gaps in order to minimize cost to serve and impact to customers.</li>
	<li>Recommend options and game plans for warehousing and sorting activities.</li>
	<li>Investigate failures, identify, and understand root causes, as well as drive, continues improvement.</li>
	<li>Oversee recruitment, training, and lead J&amp;T Express’ Sorters and Warehouse personnel.</li>
	<li>Conduct regular meetings, orientation, and training as deemed necessary in ensuring smooth DC operation.</li>

Distribution Center Supervisor

	<li>Liaises with different suppliers for all event and activities need (in coordination with procurement).</li>
