Job Description
This position shall support the Sales team in building pipeline of potential clients. If you have the drive to pave way for the team and has the burning desire to make meaningful connections with people, we invite you to be part of our growing team.
Responsibilities:
- Sourcing Leads /Prospecting: sourcing of leads through various channels.
- Qualifying Leads & Scheduling Meetings: generate and qualify leads through cold calling and scheduling meeting for outbound Sales Staff to attend.
- Clearing the CRM Leads Tank / Updating the Contact: On-going activity to clear current Holding/Forfeited Leads Tank.
- Work towards daily / weekly call and meeting arrangement targets.
- Book meetings and service demonstrations for the Business Development staff.
- Explain and promote the product to prospective clients.
- Assist with marketing activities.
- Sales planning activities.
- Maintain and update BCI’s customer database.
- Associated admin duties.
Minimum Qualifications
Qualifications
- Minimum 2-years relevant lead generation experience in B2B segment.
- Experience in sales, cold calling, or appointment setting.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively.
- Must be goal-oriented, organized, and ready to work/think outside the box.
- Excellent attention to detail and documentation skills.
