About the Role

 

The Engineering Lead is responsible for overseeing a team of engineers and will help to implement the department’s IT engineering strategy. She/He will provide technical leadership and guide the development of best-in-class software solutions for their dedicated SBC business units. She/He is responsible for ensuring the team’s service delivery within time, budget and quality and serves as the contact point for all engineering activities for her/his dedicated BUs that require the services of her/his team. She/He will ensure their IT applications/systems are reliable and resolve frequent incidents permantly to reduce downtime for the business. She/He shall coach, develop, mentor, and lead the team to enhance their capabilities and fulfill these
