Operations Specialist

<ul>
	<li>This position is responsible for the coordination and execution of internal financial analysis for all business unit initiatives and helps provide key insights to management on maximizing profits and return on investments</li>
	<li>Also responsible for coordinating the activities with the financial planning team to provide a more holistic financial perspective to management. Liaises with all departments and prepares documents related to loan covenant compliance and monitoring.</li>
	<li>Prepares investment financial analyses as well as ensure its accuracy and timely submission to management, internal and external users.</li>
	<li>Prepares pre and post-mortem analyses on investment initiatives and ensures accuracy and timeliness based on set deadlines.</li>
	<li>Assists the project managers in creating financial analysis of potential capital investments</li>
	<li>Creates financial models and sensitivity analysis to formulate financial results and determine viability of potential events, business plans and strategic initiatives</li>
	<li>Prepares cash forecasts and other related reports required by the banks and lenders</li>
	<li>Prepares transfer/withdrawal requests and instructions relating to WaterFall Account on a timely basis</li>
	<li>Prepares payment requests in a required payment modes and currencies to the banks based on complete and correct set of Accounts Payable (APV) package</li>
</ul>

Investment Planning Specialist

Activity Management

<ul>
	<li>Manages and coordinates the daily/weekly/monthly appointments, engagements and travels of the group</li>
	<li>Provides the required logistics for meetings, special assignments and travels of the group</li>
	<li>Coordinates schedule of meetings with concerned departments/ divisions or outside entities; and,</li>
	<li>Generates and prepares reports required by the group.</li>
</ul>

Communications

<ul>
	<li>Records &amp; disseminates incoming and outgoing letters and document</li>
	<li>Ensures recording and transmittal of external communication (i.e. outside the Company);</li>
	<li>Photocopies documents and disseminates it to its intended recipients;</li>
</ul>

Prepares the following for the Department:

<ul>
	<li>Routine correspondences and letters as requested;</li>
	<li>Cash advance &amp; expense report;</li>
	<li>Notice of meeting;</li>
	<li>Request for payment;</li>
	<li>Purchase requisition/capital expenditure request; and,</li>
	<li>Keeps confidentiality of oral and written communication heard or read that are sensitive in nature.</li>
</ul>

Records &amp; Office Supplies

<ul>
	<li>Organizes an effective filing system that will enable her to easily retrieve all files, correspondences and documents;</li>
	<li>Maintains an inventory and safekeeping of project supplies</li>
	<li>Monitors and controls office supplies needed by the group.</li>
