Sales Focus: 
- Lead effective client meetings independently, demonstrating expertise in driving sales. 
- Close at least a minimum of 2 new pilots each month, proving your ability to secure partnerships and drive revenue growth. 
- Apply your expertise in CRM management, particularly Pipedrive, to streamline and optimize sales workflows. 
- Oversee the entire sales cycle, from prospecting to closing deals. 
- Ensure accurate and timely sales forecasting, reporting, and pipeline management.

People: 
- Build relationships with industry associations to expand our global network and business connections. 
- Share valuable insights from thorough sales data analysis to contribute to informed decision-making.

Product: 
- Create tailored proposals to meet client needs and boost engagement.

We’re seeking an adept Executive Travel Concierge with a specialization in travel coordination. As the Executive Travel Concierge, you'll orchestrate, oversee, and synchronize all facets of travel to cater to the distinct requirements of our esteemed clientele. Your role will encompass comprehensive management of travel arrangements from inception to completion, with a focus on preempting and resolving any travel-related challenges that may arise.

The Executive Travel Concierge's primary responsibilities include sourcing and booking flights, ground transportation, and hotel accommodations, alongside furnishing travelers with pertinent directions and destination insights. Proficiency in pertinent flight regulations and travel documentation is imperative. Given the fluidity of the transportation sector and the intricate nature of aligning employee and client schedules with business imperatives, the ideal candidate must exhibit exceptional organizational, communicative, multitasking, and problem-solving acumen.

 

 

Responsibilities

	<li>Prioritize workflow and schedule, by planning out and directly supporting task completion</li>
	<li>Manage action item list</li>
	<li>Maintain relationship databases and CRM</li>
	<li>Searches and compares available travel and hotel accommodations to identify the best available option for each travel need</li>
	<li>When travel arrangements are within approved travel reasons and budget limits, make all arrangements and reservations as requested</li>
	<li>Prepare travel itineraries and distribute travel arrangements and schedules to all appropriate staff</li>
	<li>Obtains approval from leadership for travel requests and expenses that exceed established limits</li>
	<li>Advise travelers of and assists with any need for specialized travel documents such as visas or passports</li>
	<li>Monitor and facilitate the use of company air travel credit cards, frequent flyer programs, and other applicable rewards and loyalty programs</li>
	<li>Processes reimbursements for travel expenses</li>
	<li>Perform other related duties as assigned</li>
