We are now looking for a Senior Back End Developer (Software Engineer) who share in our purpose to drive the development of our proprietary learning platform, ZilLearn.

Responsibilities : 

<ul>
	<li>Lead the backend team in writing reusable and scalable code.</li>
	<li>Develop key components and services for the platform.</li>
	<li>Troubleshoot problems and identify areas for improvement.</li>
	<li>Collaborating with the other team members to establish objectives and design more functional, cohesive codes to enhance the user experience.</li>
	<li>Estimate features and services for the development tasks</li>
	<li>Prepare development Documentations and any other documents required such as APIs documentation, SDKs documentation, etc.</li>
	<li>Work in a cooperative, diplomatic and flexible manner</li>

Senior Front End Engineer

About the Job

You'll be building new product features alongside a designer and product manager using our Agile methodology, as well as addressing issues to ensure our apps are robust and our codebase is clean. As a Product Engineer, you'll write clean, efficient code to enhance our product's codebase in meaningful ways. 

Our teams are always working on our education service -- Rakamin Academy, to provide a better learning experience. We're also actively developing a new line of products called Rakamin Career Solution, an end-to-end Recruitment 360 Platform with ATS and assessment ready. Our web app is built as a majestic monolith using React JS combined with SSR in a few features.

Here are some real examples of the work in our team:

	<li>Collaborating with backend engineers and 3rd parties to create highly configurable platforms and cross-platform integration.</li>
	<li>Building design systems and scalable components with product designers following design language to achieve our branding purpose to provide an end-to-end workforce ecosystem.</li>
	<li>Strengthening our test coverage with Playwright to make robust and reliable web apps.</li>
	<li>Improving our web app performance to meet world-class standards.</li>
	<li>Conducting full product lifecycles, from idea generation to design, implementation, testing, deployment, and maintenance.</li>
	<li>Providing input on technical feasibility, timelines, and potential product trade-offs, working with business divisions.</li>
	<li>Actively engaging with users and stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into product improvements.</li>
