The Company Nurse is a vital member of the organization's healthcare team, responsible for providing comprehensive healthcare services to employees, fostering a safe and healthy work environment, and ensuring compliance with occupational health and safety regulations. This role involves a combination of clinical expertise, health promotion, and administrative support.

Medical Care and Treatment:

<ul>
	<li>Provide first aid, emergency care, and administer over-the-counter medications to employees for minor illnesses and injuries.</li>
	<li>Assess and triage employee health concerns, making appropriate referrals to healthcare professionals as needed.</li>

Duties &amp; Responsibilities:

Payroll Processing:

	<li>Collect and verify timesheet data from various sources, including biometric systems.</li>
	<li>Accurately input payroll data into the IBSS payroll system.</li>
	<li>Process payroll for all employee types (regular, daily, contractual) ensuring compliance with company policies and relevant regulations.</li>
	<li>Calculate and process overtime payments, ensuring proper authorization and accurate calculations.</li>
	<li>Generate and distribute electronic pay slips to employees each pay period.</li>

Payroll Administration:

	<li>Track and manage employee attendance, including absences and tardiness, in coordination with HR and department heads.</li>
