Kalibrr is looking for an enterprise sales professional to join the Kalibrr Enterprise team (our SaaS division) to grow platform adoption through new customer acquisition. This is a hands-on, high execution role which requires outstanding business skills to sell into Fortune 1,000 companies, become a true partner to our largest clients, and bring their feedback to the broader team to improve our product. The ideal candidate will be passionate about Kalibrr and the potential that we have to transform organisations through new talents. This role is based in Manila and reports to the Lead, Global Revenue Operations.

Sr. Business Development Associate

As a Sr. Client Success Associate, you will deliver success and satisfaction to existing customers by serving as a partner and consultant. You should be smart, thoughtful, and deeply understand our product to lead customers to solutions that fit their needs. A successful Sr. Client Success Associate should champion customer advocacy, translating their feedback into actionable insights to inform product roadmaps while managing client relationships and expectations to set new heights in customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

Account Management

<ul>
	<li>Build and maintain strong relationships with clients under your account portfolio, understanding their needs, and ensuring their satisfaction with Kalibrr’s products or services by conducting training and quarterly business reviews</li>
	<li>Serve as the main point of contact for handled clients, addressing their inquiries, concerns, and requests in a timely and professional manner</li>
	<li>Develop strategic account plans to achieve renewal targets and maximize revenue from existing clients by performing upsell and/or cross-sell to Kalibrr’s product &amp; services</li>
	<li>Provide consultancy and assistance for existing customers to optimize their hiring process &amp; maximize their Kalibrr Subscription</li>
	<li>Assisting in vendor registration, contract reviews, and other legal aspects of the platform</li>
	<li>Collaborating with cross-divisional teams to support customer’s recruitment needs</li>
	<li>Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to identify opportunities and threats for the company.</li>
</ul>

Data Analytics

<ul>
	<li>Create analysis of individual performance on a regular basis. Create visually compelling reports and dashboards to communicate insights effectively to internal stakeholders and clients. Present findings clearly and concisely, using charts, graphs, and other visualization techniques to highlight key trends and insights.</li>
	<li>Client Request Data Pull/Analysis Completion following SLA from clients</li>
	<li>Collaborate with other departments such as sales, marketing, customer support, and product development to ensure alignment and coordination across the organization.</li>
</ul>

Sr. Client Success Associate

Kalibrr is looking for a highly motivated Accounting Supervisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance and accounting, with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities:

<ul>
	<li>Prepare and maintain financial records and reports, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries.</li>
	<li>Perform account reconciliations and assist with month-end and year-end close processes.</li>
	<li>Assist in the preparation of financial statements and reports for management and stakeholders.</li>
	<li>Ensure that tax reporting and monthly / quarterly / annually tax billing payments are in accordance with applicable government regulations.</li>
	<li>Review and process invoices and expense reports, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies and procedures.</li>
	<li>Conduct financial analysis and provide recommendations to improve financial performance and efficiency.</li>
	<li>Assist in the development and implementation of financial policies and procedures to ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.</li>
	<li>Performs salary calculations for employees.</li>
	<li>Provide support to the finance and accounting team, as needed.</li>
	<li>Prepares government remittances related to employees’ salaries on a monthly basis</li>
	<li>Prepares final pay calculation of resigned employees</li>
	<li>Able to manually compute for employee compensation and benefits, during payroll system outage</li>
