Miêu Tả Về Công Việc

  • Handles the promotion of medicines to Medical practitioners of a particular speciality.
  • Assigned to conduct some market research in order to get enough information for launching new product.
  • Visits the customer to search for market and competitor information and strategy and give the feedback to immediate superior.
  • Implements and assesses promotional activities in accordance with the strategies to achieve objectives.
  • Conducts product presentation to the doctors and customers in order to enlist the products or expand the existing business.
  • Makes territory sales plan by product and by customer. Reports the results and implements corrective and preventive action on a monthly basis.
  • Makes itineraries and daily activities report of what has been done and how much sales was achieved for the day.
  • Promotes product through good product knowledge and honest and appropriate ways of use of promotional materials i.e. product samples.
  • Prepares monthly reports on products movement and results of promotional activities.
  • Informs superiors of customers’ requests or result of those requests or complaints and inform customers on results of the actions taken.
  • Performs other duties that maybe assigned from time to time.

Trình độ tối thiểu

  • At least 1-2 years experience as Medical Representative , preferably promoting specialty products for Cardio
  • At least 1-2 years experience in hospital selling, hospital listing inclusion, distribution
  • Good/very good knowledge of hospital selling process (Key hospitals in GMA), knows key decision makers
  • Good/very good product knowledge level
  • Good/very good selling skills /negotiation skills
  • 1 year experience in conducting RTDs and KOL development
