Miêu Tả Về Công Việc
- Achieves sales targets and maintain promotional expenditure within a defined budget
- Leads controls and motivates the sales team to achieve the individual and team sales targets
- Supervises the sales team to ensure adherence to the working plan, itinerary and PL policy
- Follow-ups, audits and corrects the working plans and procedures in order to achieve the sales target
- Coaches, trains and develops subordinates to meet job requirements
- Conducts appraisal on the performance of subordinates
- Submits a working report (Action Plan), visit to develop together with the problem- solving action
- Submit plans to immediate superior for approval within the required time frames
- Ensures that agreed action plans are followed through and its effectiveness monitored
- Performs other duties that may be assigned from time to time
Trình độ tối thiểu
- Has a track record of hitting the sales target
- Achieved sales target last year of at least 100% and with current YTD performance of at least 100% vs target
- Residing in South Luzon (preferably South Luzon)
- College Graduate with a degree in Science or Business
- Experience in district management will be an advantage
- Self- motivated and possessing good follow-up abilities
- Good problem solving and analytical skills
- Strong leadership, good communication, and effective interpersonal skills
