Data Analytics Specialist  

The candidate will be joining Zuellig Pharma’s Analytics Team. This role will be part of a new and entrepreneurial business unit exploring ways of using data and insight to enhance business and healthcare outcomes for Zuellig Pharma and its Clients.

The candidate will report to the Teams' Analytics and Insight Manager and will be responsible for the preparation of data and analytics underlying the business’ products and services. Specifically, the candidate will be expected to (a) support the business’ Tableau-based analytics products and services; (b) help to manage the team’s data preparation processes — data cleansing, data integration and data mart creation; and (c) interact on regular basis with clients either in a business development or project execution capacity.

Given the entrepreneurial and innovative nature of the business, the candidate will be expected to work independently and be familiar with delivering outcomes under conditions of uncertainty. Critically, candidates will need to have experience in analytics and business intelligence A working knowledge of modern analytical and statistical tools (such as python and Tableau) is a significant advantage. In addition to the technical requirements outlined below, candidates wirl need to possess strong communication skills, have a familiarity with multi-cultural environments, and be willing to learn new ways of doing things.

Day - to - Day Responsibilities:

• Execute data preparation procedures in support of good analytics
• Designing dashboards, reports and analyses focused on key business issues for IP and its Clients
• Articulate implications of key analyses senior business stakeholders
• Lead key projects to drive business change through analytics
• Support business development around ZP’s data analytics services
• Support data analytics projects with Clients and manage their requests

• Strong analytical and planning skills;
• Good communication and presentation skills;
• Excellent problem-solving skills;
• Business intelligence, analytics or management consulting background
• Good personal and communication skills to engage with senior stakeholders
• Excellent Excel skills (VBA is a nice to have) + familiarity with visualisation software e.g. Tableau, Qlilkview, Spotfire
• Familiarity with coding languages (SQL, R, Python)
