Partnerships

  • Actively seeking out, identifying and establishing partnership opportunities, engaging directly with partners and finalising partnership agreements
  • Ability to understand the business needs of various verticals and to be able to establish sustainable relationships with third parties and agencies
  • Assess benefits of potential partnership opportunities which includes working to determine long and short-term benefits
  • Develop, maintain and manage strategic partner campaigns/partner plans, including reporting/analytics and regular reviews with active partners
  • Liaising with key internal stakeholders across functions to develop materials and content required to maintain a successful partner relationship
  • Manage partners post-launch building the foundation for repeat engagement
  • Forecast business growth, marketing value and other key metrics; track actual progress toward forecasts and report results

Community Management

  • Organize foodie meet ups – identify trends and coordinate execution of the same
  • Maintain relationship with key influencers
  • Connect with other communities – to evangelize Zomato
  • Execute on ground events with brands
  • Initiate Instagram competitions, quizzes to engage with Zomato community

KPI

  • Number of partnerships closed and value proposition to the Zomato community
  • Active engagement of Zomato users & Foodies
  • Increase in users for Zomato and its social media handles

Trình độ tối thiểu

  • 1+ years of sales experience. Understands sales ecosystem, is strong-willed and persuasive
  • Basic English is compulsory
  • Relevant experience in B2B sales will be an advantage
  • Exhibits initiative and demonstrates the ability to function independently
  • Should be presentable, articulate, detail-oriented and is able to multitask
  • Comfortable with ambiguity and unpredictable work hours
