Company Nurse  

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Provide medical services and dispense of medicines to employees;
• Renders physical examination, first aid and routine treatment;
• Provide first aid treatment and dispense first aid medicine;
• Responsible in screening/evaluation and pre-employment examination, when applicable;
• Keep file and updates Personnel records of employees (Regular and contractual);
• Provides clerical support to the various HRD functions.
• Do other tasks that may be assigned from time to time
• Administer first aid treatments and provide medications for employees as needed
• Monitor and record the patient's condition
• Assist all injured employees to the nearest hospital
• Maintain all employees medical and other similar records
• Secure and ensure that the sick employees submit "fit to work" certificate
• Interpret and evaluate diagnostic test based on the verification of medical certificates
• Schedule and assist annual medical examination of all employees
• Generate medical reimbursement report every month
• Conduct an inventory of medicines and other supplies twice a month
• Perform other duties and responsibilities that maybe assign from time to time

• At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the same industry (BPO).
• Must be a Registered Nurse.
• Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employees specializing in Healthcare – Nurse/Medical Support & Assistant or equivalent.
