Miêu Tả Về Công Việc
- Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects.
- Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget.
- Developing project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility.
- Develop a detailed project plan to track progress.
- Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule and costs.
- Report and escalate to management as needed.
- Establish and manage the relationship with the client, vendors, government officers and all stakeholders.
- Perform risk management to minimize project risks.
- Work with technology team to review requirements, timelines, and budget.
- Anticipate issues and act proactively to address potential issues.
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
Trình độ tối thiểu
- Bachelor degree in any major.
- Have a knowledge in software development is a plus point.
- Have an experience in managing project minimum 5 years.
- Have experience in managing technical team to work in accordance with the timeline.
- Have experience in handling multiple projects in the same time.
- Have the ability to work independently, assess priorities and gaps, and manage collaboration with a broad coalition of all related parties.
- Have an excellent communication and client -handling skills.
- Possesses high learning agility and curiosity.
- Excellent English Written and Communication skill.
- Have a strong critical thinking and good analysis.
- Willing to travel for business trip to all over Indonesia.
